Fault 1: The printing software cannot print Chinese characters
Analysis: Many printing software use the Windows print driver to print Chinese characters through the printing software, so you need to choose a suitable printing program to print Chinese characters.
Solution: Use a good driver, such as Seagull driver, or use BarOne software to directly drive the printer.
Fault 2: Replace the label paper, and the carbon ribbon appears after printing
Analysis: The label printer recognizes the label paper, and the ribbon sensor has a memory function. When replacing the label paper and ribbon, it cannot be recognized.
Solution: The paper needs to be remeasured. Use the Zebra label printer S such as 400, under normal startup, press the MODE button three times and then press the FEED button. At this time, a lot of paper will come out. When the paper comes out, it will be the measurement paper, and the information will be automatically recorded on the sensor of the printer. Need to measure the paper again, it can be used normally.
Fault 3: When printing a large label, only half of it is printed
Analysis: This is because the memory of the label printer is too small. When the label is too large, some information cannot be stored and lost.
Solution: Increase the memory of the label printer.

Fault four: unclear printing, poor quality
Analysis: There are three possibilities, first, the print head may not be installed correctly; second, the temperature is too low; third, the quality of the label paper and ribbon is poor.
Solution: For one, readjust the position of the print head, paying special attention to the consistency of left and right height; for the second, increase the printing temperature, that is, increase the printing density; for the third, replace better label paper and ribbon.
Fault five: Ribbon wrinkled
Analysis: It may be that the temperature setting of the label printer is not correct, it may be that the ribbon around the machine is not correct, or the media is not set correctly for the amount of paper, it may be that the pressure and balance of the print head are not set correctly
Solution: reinstall the driver, adjust the printing temperature, and adjust the printing pressure.
Fault 6: The vertical direction is missing during the printing process of the barcode printer
Analysis: This may be caused by long-term use of the printer or dust coverage on the surface of the print head
Solution: Clean the print head with alcohol swab first , if it is still abnormal, contact the dealer to replace the print head.
Fault 7: All the indicators of the label printer are flashing, and the paper cannot be measured
Analysis: If this happens, it means that the sensor cannot be recognized or is broken.
Solution: Clean the sensor first to remove the dust on the surface. If it cannot return to normal, you need to contact the dealer to replace the sensor.
Fault 8: LCD does not display and cannot be operated
Analysis: In this case, the motherboard or EPROM is damaged
