The Primacy machine is operated through the machine panel for regular cleaning. Please follow the steps below for regular cleaning:

How to Clean the Evolis Primacy Printer. Insert the cleaning card in the opened feeder, adhesive face upwards. This starts the cleaning. Adhesive card.
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Take out the ribbon.
3. Close the cover and make sure to hear a click.
4. Open the card feeder on the printer.
5. Use the ruler to adjust the card thickness to the maximum position.
6. Take out all the cards in the card feeder.
7. Double-click the cleaning button on the control panel, and then insert the cleaning card .
8. Peel off the film on the cleaning card, insert the cleaning card into the card feeder according to the picture, with the sticky side facing up.
9. The used cleaning card will automatically pop into the output tray. Regular cleaning is done.
