4. When checking the machine, do not carry watches, rings and other objects that are easy to touch the print head (note static electricity).

Clean the barcode printer regularly to ensure the printing quality:
1. When doing other things to expose the print head, remove rings, watches, long necklaces, status cards and any metal objects that touch the print head. Steps to clean the barcode printer card:

3. After the ribbon is taken out and the cover is closed, the message EMPTY FEEDER THEN CLOSE COVER will be displayed.
4. If the lid is opened without removing the ribbon and then closed, the REMOVERIBBON THEN CLOSE LID message will continue to be displayed.
5. After removing the ribbon and closing the cover, the firmware will eject the unique card in the printer. The audio EJECTING CARD will be displayed.
6. The LCD will then show FEED LONG CLEANING CARD . In response to a cleaning card, the rollers feed the card into the printer.
7. When the card ejection sensor no longer detects the long cleaning card, the message INSERT FEEDER CLEANING CARD will be displayed. Open the feeder cover and insert the feeder cleaning card.
