2) Do not open the top cover in most cases unless the ribbon is replaced.
3) Store consumables (ribbons, cards, etc.) in their packaging until ready to use.
4) Do not use contaminated consumables.
5) Store all consumables in a clean, cool, dry place.
6) Please put the paper and non-material into the printer in a hurry.
7) Do not block the power fan or exhaust hole at the rear of the printer.
8) Place the printer on a stable platform, not on the floor.
9) When placing the printer, keep it away from the exhaust vent (heating pipe, bellows port).
10) Do not use the printer to do things outside its scope of application.
11) When cleaning around the printer, close the cover to prevent debris from entering the printer.
12) Place the printer in a clean office environment and protect it from collisions.
Precautions for using the card machine:
1) Please turn off the power before plugging and unplugging the printing cable of the card printer, so as not to burn the data transmission port of the printer and the printing port of the computer;
2) Be careful not to hit the print head with hard objects when changing the ribbon or cleaning the printer, because the surface of the print head is hard and brittle and easy to be damaged;
3) Do not scrub the card printer with corrosive substances (such as Thinner), and do not use alcohol to clean the card wheel and print head of the printer for a long time;
4) If there are small spots on the printed card, pay attention to clean the card surface or the cleaning wheel inside the machine;
5) If the card printer stops moving for a long time during the printing process, click the computer screen with the mouse;
6) After using the card printer every day, turn off the power of the external power supply to ensure that the power supply is well grounded. If possible, use UPS to ensure the stability of the power supply.
7) The card printer must be cleaned once after printing a thousand copies with a color ribbon, and it needs to be cleaned when using a black ribbon (it is recommended to clean the printer every time the ribbon is replaced).
8) During the cleaning work, it is necessary to use professional cleaning cards for cleaning work, instead of using alternative or white cards for cleaning work. Otherwise, the cleaning work will seriously affect the print head.
The cleaning card can only be used once. It is also necessary to use a special cleaning swab / cleaning pen when cleaning the print head .
