ZEBRA ZC100 card printer does not feed the card, how to solve the problem of card jam?

Recently, when a customer was using the ZC100 printer, it was prompted that the card feed was blocked, and the printer would not feed the card. The customer used the cleaning card to clean and maintain the printer. After the cleaning was completed, the printer could print a few pages or a few days normally.

From time to time, the same error of not feeding the card appears again. In this case, the cleaning operation again cannot solve the problem of the card feeding blockage. We think that the card feeding wheel of the machine has been used for a long time and is too worn, so the card feeding wheel needs to be replaced ,
